Terms of Service
Effective
These terms apply to your use of Flying Balayya, a free browser game. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Playing the game
You may play for personal entertainment. The game and its features may change or be temporarily unavailable. Scores, streaks and preferences saved in your browser can be lost if you clear its site data or change devices.
Fair play and public rankings
Publishing to the leaderboard is optional. Choose a nickname you are comfortable displaying publicly. Do not impersonate others, use abusive nicknames, automate score submissions, manipulate scores or interfere with the service. We may remove entries or limit access to protect the game and other players.
Optional support and payments
Playing is free. If a Buy Me a Coffee checkout is offered, it is optional. Review the amount, currency and purchase terms shown before paying. The thank-you page is a return page. For payment confirmation, use the checkout provider’s receipt or order status.
For game support, billing or refund questions, email gongdonghui@gmail.com. For questions about a specific purchase, you may also use the support details shown on its checkout page or receipt. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase terms and your applicable consumer rights.
Availability and your rights
Flying Balayya is provided as available. We do not guarantee continuous access or preservation of game records. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
