Effective
This policy explains how Flying Balayya handles information when you visit the site or play the game. You can play without creating an account.
Game data saved in your browser
The game uses local storage for your best score, daily scores, streak, achievements, selected skin, sound preference and leaderboard nickname. These settings and local records are kept in the browser you use. You can clear them by removing the site’s data in your browser.
Online leaderboard
When you view the board or start a flight, the leaderboard service can set a random pilot ID in a cookie that lasts up to one year. The service records a flight ID, game settings and start time to support score verification. When you choose to submit, your gameplay inputs are sent to verify the result, and your nickname and best scores can appear on the public leaderboard.
Leaderboard data is stored with Neon. The service uses short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit abuse. Daily scores older than 90 days are cleaned up when new flights are registered. Clearing browser data removes your local pilot ID. Published entries are stored separately.
Analytics and hosting
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and actions such as starting a game, finishing a flight and sharing a score. Google may receive device, browser, network and usage information and use analytics cookies. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Vercel hosts the site and may process request and diagnostic logs.
Sharing and optional checkout
When you choose to share, your score and the game link can be passed to your selected sharing app. X applies its own privacy policy when you open its post composer.
If an optional Waffo checkout is offered, payment information entered on that checkout is handled by Waffo under its Privacy Policy. The game and its thank-you page do not ask for card details. The site’s Waffo callback stores event and order identifiers, timestamps, currency and reported amounts for verification and reconciliation.
